10. Kill Stealing (KSing) is not permitted. Reports against KSers can be made in the Report section of the forums. If there is solid proof (Screenshots, etc) the offender(s) will be punished accordingly.

[*] Reporting harassment, either in game or on the forums. With the case of in game, please use the method of PMing NPC:Report a short description, and a GM will come see you. If not, take screenies and then post them here.
[*] Scamming. Again, use NPC:Report, and if you get no reply, screenies and come here.
[*] Any screenshot based report. It's hard to copy and paste images in game (impossible, actually), so post them here.
[*] Server advertisement. If a GM isn't online via NPC:Report and replies through your report, it should be posted here.
[/list]
General rule of thumb is: use NPC:Report first. If you do not get a reply, then come here.

When posting to report minor offenses*, please attempt use the in-game helpdesk first.
Most of the reported cases are stale by the time they're posted on the forums and read by a staff member. It is easier and quicker for us to react to a case reported via the helpdesk than to one posted on the forums.
Also note: Please only use the helpdesk to report on-going/fresh cases.
*Minor Offenses include, but are not limited to Text Spamming and Skill Spamming.

We also now have a new Report system.
For minor offenses, PM "NPC:Report" (without the ") with a description of the report. This will be sent to all GMs currently online, who will come and help.
Abuse of this system will result in a 30 minute mute. Further abuse will result in a 24 hour ban.

First of all, why am I posting this?
Because I was warned by some misunderstanding.
I too would like to share it.
I really wanted to reply on my topic but too late, it was locked.
So I would like to update a rule to prevent players doing things as I did.
So it's about the 10th rule on the main site. I ignored the fact that players can ks "MvPs" so might add a little detail that players can ks those for exception.
Then, for the minor offenses, it was said to use the NPC:Report (that I and the others beside me did first) or/and help-desk (on-going/fresh cases as I did as-well),
AND THEN as Luxuri said:

As I did as-well, but still got a "warn"
So this is just a lesson I'm sharing with y'all guys. Remember to READ the rules before posting.
