Due to peoples complete and inability to read the rules about posting in the report section, all posts in the report section after the initial starting topic require approval before they will be seen. You can and WILL still be warned for posting something that does not belong in the report section, weither it becomes approved or not. Seriously people, simple instructions shouldn't be that hard to follow.

Yeah what kind of posts will receive warns? like say i post something i consider constructive to the topic at hand, but you may not think so, i still get warned? lol

How about making a report section mirror?

where we can comment every report but not effecting the GMs work?

1. we can start topics in there
2. we can only reply, and discuss reports.
3. the GMs do not need to care about unnecessary replys on reports

There will still be the real report section, where people can reply but only if it is relevant to the report.

The staff would still have to moderate the mirror section. What if someone told the poster the wrong thing to fix the issue? In the end, the staff member would have to do the same amount of work sifting through all the crap.

There is no need to direct to support or anything like that, A GM still has to approve the post, we can just as easily type out that they should go to support. The ONLY reason to EVER posted in the report section is if you had something to do with the incident, if you don't, then just don't post. Plain and simple.
