• Small Client support will no longer be offered in the near future, if you are currently using the small client, we strongly suggest you switch to the full client, once the installer is updated next there will be no new small client released.
  
• Just a friendly reminder that client modding is AGAINST the rules, in the coming weeks we will be implementing mod detection, this is your warning to fix any modding you have on your clients, or suffer the appropriate punishment to whatever mods you may have.
  
• Holy goodness, Ai changes and RO skins are NOT client mods, they are ALRIGHT TO DO.
  
• A quest for the Drooping Loli has been added! The quest starts where you all expect it to be.. Keyword: LOLI RURI.

• Donate dressing room was added by the donation npcs on Eir, on the opposite side of Prontera on Loki.

Loki

• The attack bonus on Drooping Amistr has been modified to be damage to each race type. Additionally, the quest will now require 2 Amistr's Eyes to compete.

Eir

• Aftercast delay?!?!?! Look here!
  
• Edge, Ledger of Death, and Guillotine were fixed to their official coma rates, 1, 1 and 3%.
  
• Lowered the hax of the Newbie Buffs.
  
• Geffen Dungeon has been added to the warpra.
  
• Every round of Battlegrounds now has a chance to activate floating rates, the more rounds you play the higher the chance. The rates will activate at the end of the round. Anyone caught abusing this system (especially by multi client BGing) will cause this to be removed and your name advertised as the reason why.

• Fixed a Glitch with the Buff option on the healer. (shame on you all for abusing it)

It's my understanding that macro use only provides an advantage in PVP if the user is also using a modded client, but if you can explain to me how that might not be the case I'll work on preventing macro programs as well.

mod users detection is a 1st step for complete cleansing of modders in da server so dat no one wud complain of random banning or something and troll in forums asking for sympathy, nice update tho,

pls do, so it would be like fair to da server, no one is above anyone, and no one would complain, GJ again for da mod detection, i think some guilds would stop macrospamming fooditems/pots or dey wud be banned

um does editing GRF files for Client side (players side not server side) count as modding? cause they are kind of harmless like turning a falcon into a Kasa for example? just asking...

If I manually added the sprites for the new (dyna-able) Sakray headgears, would that be considered .act modding as well? Also if I patch in fixes for unidentified items that keep crashing me. Sometimes the patcher screws itself over and repatching does not help, quit telling me it does.

@Mr Bear: Do that and see the server's population drop by half.
